We have bought two new Raiders from Jon & Company at PS Marine now. The first was a 2018 Explorer 208 and most recently a 2021 Sea Raider 250. We have been treated very well both times and I have never felt like I was dealing with a typical "Dealer". No games, no BS, just straight up working to make the deal and the boat be what I wanted it to be. Michael worked with us for weeks to outfit the 250 with just about everything I could think of. He took the time to mock up the dash layout with all toys and send me pictures then follow up and move things around to suit me. The heater, anchor system and all the electronics were installed right and my input was sought after and listened to at every step.When we took delivery of the 250, Jon let us leave our tow rig and the trailer at his shop for the weekend while we took a shakedown cruise to Astoria and back. he even gave us a key to the place to retrieve our rig from his lot on Sunday when we returned. Now that is service!

I'd like to start out this testimonial by letting the reader know I don't do testimonials! I found PS marine through the internet as I was interested in Raider boats, but not super sure of the model. Vince walked my daughter and I through their inventory which at the time was quite extensive. He patiently answered all questions thoroughly and professionally both while we were on the lot, and also via email after we had left the lot. I had been on every lot in the greater PDX area and could tell this one was different. Once I had picked my model (Coastal 2384), Vince guided us through the options / electronics etc. with the same patience as before. On the delivery day of our new Raider he took the time to go over every facet of the boat, motors and electronics before we drove off with her. A couple of warranty issues developed on our first trip out and I was introduced to Michael in the service department. Everything was replaced timely and professionally by the team who, in my opinion, bent over backwards to get me back on the water not only as fast as possible, but as safely as possible as well. I can't find words to express how highly I recommend PS marine to any perspective buyer. In today's society you just can't find sales and service of their caliber.

We traveled 150 miles to buy our Raider from PS Marine. The overall value that we received from PS Marine was well worth going the extra distance. Vince, Jon, and the rest of the team did an exceptional job getting us the right configuration and setting it up perfectly. Their attention to detail was appreciated. Vince spent most of a Saturday giving us a thorough equipment orientation on the trailer and on the water. We couldnt be happier with our new Raider and the folks at PS Marine.

I spent a lot of time looking for the right boat. PS Marine sold me on the Raider and I could not be happier! I purchased the boat remotely, which I had never done. Vince and Jon are went above and beyond to get the boat set up just the way I asked. Portland is a long way from home but the drive was worth it. I bought a used boat here, and am extremely satisfied with the boat and entire purchase process. They tracked down missing seat parts that the original owner initially hadn't delivered, did a test drive of the boat for me that I didn't ask for to make sure everything was in working order, kept in timely contact, and made me feel so comfortable that I purchased the boat remotely. PS Marine advertised a 2018 Raider that was slightly used and I was interested in trading my boat as part payment. After numerous back and forth emails with Jon, he said he wanted to make that deal if my boat was in the condition I said it was. I knew my boat and had the hesitation in traveling 233 miles with the possibility of completing a deal wit someone I did not know. Only after reading the previous testimonials, I decided the roll the dice and make that drive.

Let me say, in the end, I could not have been more thankful I made that drive. Jon is a first class small business owner. And Michael is great guy as well. At the end of the day, I was towing my new Raider back to Port Angeles.

Upon first arriving at PSMarine pat greated us to show us some boats, he was not pushing a sale in any way, (this was a welcomed sight after visiting other dealers) pat took us on a river test for the boat we had are sights set on.

These guys take customer loyalty to a new level. I have had a few unfortunate problems with water in my fuel after an attempted theft. The thieves left my fuel system in a mess with cut hoses and fuel cap left off, Michael went above and beyond to get my boat to another dealer for the tank to be pumped,then back to power sports for cleaning of fuel system,etc. This was all done on a moments notice because it was important to me to have my boat back functional asap. Even the other dealer that pumped the tank exclaimed, I don't know how you got in so fast we are booked for 3 wks. I guess it's just who ya know,more important is whom you buy your boat from. A dealer who truly cares about their customers and go above the average to keep them happily boating!

It took 30 minutes tops and I was back on the road and home in time for dinner. Within two weeks the boat was sold. Awesome, no hassles....These guys are Pros!!!

November 5th, 2012I am very pleased with the service you provided and for buying a boat sight unseen I was definitely nervous and very happy to have zero unexpected issues upon delivery. I am very familiar with 1990 comps and how they age, especially in the back of the boat. The back seat, floor and stingers are in great shape, I know because I have already taken the boat apart and checked. It ran very well during my test drive on Saturday. The rudder box has already been changed out which was definitely a plus comps are known for this area binding up. I will highly recommend your services, John services and lastly the shrink wrap job was excellent also, took 45 minutes to get that stuff off the boat - wow. If you ever need me as a recommendation for someone just have them call me.
